The temporary Hard Rock casino will open in October.
US.- A variety of jobs are still available at the temporary Hard Rock Casino that will be opening in Rockford, Illinois, in October. Hard Rock is looking to expand its team through a variety of positions, ranging from restaurant staff to management.
Authorities have approved the temporary casino with a licence to operate for two years. The casino will be located at Giovanni’s Restaurant and Convention Center. It will host 600 slot machines, a sports bar and a restaurant for 18 to 24 months while construction on the permanent Hard Rock Casino is underway.
The permanent casino will be located at the former Clock Tower Resort site.
Jon Lucas, COO of Hard Rock International said: “We’re very eager to get the ball rolling on the temporary casino but the magic of our operations really begins with the people we recruit.
“Our team has been working diligently to ensure those recruiting efforts are right here in Rockford, keeping the promises we made in the very beginning of this project.”
