Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana selects Quick Custom Intelligence slot platform
The QCI platform identifies high-traffic areas, popular machines and customer trends.
US.- Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana and Quick Custom Intelligence (QCI) have announced the installation of the QCI Slot platform at the property. The platform analyses player interaction, identifying which machines perform best and which to remove from the floor without impacting revenue. It also identifies high-traffic areas, popular machines, and customer trends.
Director of slot operations at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana, Cameron West, said: “We are excited to work alongside the QCI Team to further develop our gaming analytics. With the QCI Slots tool we will be able to enhance the gaming experience of our guests here at Hard Rock Northern Indiana and continue to deliver a truly authentic gaming experience.”

The Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana opened to the public in May with a launch ceremony that featured Jackson 5 members Marlon and Tito Jackson. The $300m casino is located along the busy Interstate 80/94 in Gary. It was built to replace the 25-year-old Majestic Star Casino boats that closed in April.
