Durango Casino Resort in Las Vegas to open in November
Red Rock Resorts has announced the opening date for Durango Casino pending regulatory approval.
US.- Red Rock Resorts has announced an anticipated target opening date of November 20, 2023, for Durango Casino Resort in Las Vegas. The date is pending regulatory approval. The new hotel and casino occupies a 71-acre parcel South Durango Drive near the 215 Beltway in the southwest of Las Vegas near Rhodes Ranch.
The venue will feature 83,000 square feet of casino space, a sports book, a 15-floor tower with over 200 hotel rooms, convention, and meeting spaces, a resort pool with cabanas, upscale and casual dining, outdoor social areas and complimentary parking. It will offer 15 restaurants, including four signature outlets and a food hall.
Last week, the casino unveiled its new marquee, which displays the property’s opening date. The double-sided display is 60 feet high and 55 feet wide. Durango Casino Resort appointed Christy Eigenrauch as vice president and assistant general manager.
Dreamscape Companies reveals plan to renovate Rio Hotel & Casino
Dreamscape Companies has revealed its plans to renovate the Rio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. It announced deals with architectural and design partners involved in the project. The design companies who will carry on the work are Fettle, Gianpiero Gaglione Interior Design (GGID), Lifescapes International, and Marnell Architecture.
Dreamscape’s multi-year redevelopment will include a renovation of the 2,500 all-suite guest rooms, 150,000 square-foot casino floor and 220,000 square-foot meeting and conventions space.
