Circa Sports to host sportsbook opening at The Mint Gaming Hall in Kentucky
The company held a soft opening last month.
US.- Circa Sports Kentucky will host an opening celebration on Saturday, August 23, at The Mint Gaming Hall Kentucky Downs, in Franklin. The all-day event will mark the formal debut of the retail sportsbook, which held a soft opening last month.
The opening celebration will run from 11am to 7pm. and feature a variety of promotions.bA ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on August 20, featuring remarks from Derek Stevens, CEO of Circa Sports, Mike Palm, Circa Sports VP of operations, and representatives from The Mint Gaming Hall. A meet and greet with On3 college football insider Brett McMurphy will be held on August 22.
The new sportsbook features an 80-foot-wide LED screen, 31-foot-wide odds board and over 5,100 square feet of space with 113 stadium-style seats, and a live VSiN broadcast studio. It has five staffed betting stations, including one ADA-accessible option, and four self-service kiosks with three conveniently located throughout the property. Circa Sports opened a temporary retail sportsbook in August 2024.
