US.- Caesars Sportsbook has signed sports betting partnership with Michigan Cornhole League (MCL) for the spring 2022 season. It will serve as title sponsor of weekly Michigan Cornhole League local events.

MCL will introduce the Caesars Sportsbook Tournament of Champions, a new competition that will be held from February 5 to March 26. The game will invite Caesars Sportsbook users and Caesars Rewards members to compete at some of Michigan’s cornhole venues.

Jason Duflo, state director for the Michigan Cornhole League, said: “We’re excited to partner with Caesars Sportsbook to offer a new competitive statewide league format.

“Players can join, have a great time and compete at a level suitable to their own skills in some of Michigan’s premier venues, culminating with a state finals weekend to name a champion.”

“Cornhole is a growing sport. By now, everyone has heard of the game and many people have played it while camping, tailgating, or in their own backyards. It’s a game that anyone can play, enjoy, or compete in and it’s a social sport that allows players to meet new people easily.”

In January, Caesars and Michigan State University (MSU) Athletics announced a partnership to make Caesars Sportsbook the official and exclusive sports betting and iGaming partner of MSU Athletics.

In a multi-year deal, the sportsbook partnered with MSU Athletics, as well as MSU Sports Properties, to deliver fan engagement opportunities, a new premium seating area at Spartan Stadium and an expansion of responsible gambling education.
