Sweden.- The affiliate group Better Collective has acquired the Swedish online sports betting media platform for €3.8m. is an online community in which sports bettors can share betting tips and analysis of sporting events.

Founded in 2008, it generated revenue of €1.2m in 2020 and posted earnings before interest, tax and amortisation of €900,000.

The platform, acquired from Win&Fun Media, will be consolidated into Better Collective’s group accounts and managed by its Swedish division. Former owners Jens Carlsson and Ulrik Sandebäck will continue in consultancy positions.

Carlsson said: “I am both excited and proud that we have been able to conclude the sale of our platform to Better Collective. This is a testament to the strength of our site and vibrant community of tipsters and gambling experts in Sweden.
