South Korea.- Inspire Entertainment Resort has announced the appointment of Hanna Lee as senior vice president of strategy marketing. According to the press release, the move is intended to strengthen the non-gaming business.

Lee will oversee the overall marketing strategy focused on non-gaming operations. Her priorities will include enhancing customer-centric digital marketing capabilities and boosting brand competitiveness. Lee has over 24 years of experience in strategy and marketing. She previously held leadership roles at global companies such as GS Retail, LINE, and BAT, after starting her career at Bain & Company.

Inspire says it has restructured its marketing teams for customer experience, brand, and global communications to “improve operational efficiency and strengthen integration across all marketing functions.”

Chen Si, president, said: “Welcoming Hanna Lee to INSPIRE marks a pivotal moment as we celebrate our first anniversary. Her strategic insight and deep expertise will enable us to deliver more differentiated guest experiences and drive INSPIRE’s growth as a premier global integrated resort.”

In February it was announced that Bain Capital had taken over operational control of the resort. The company reportedly took the decision because Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE) defaulted on US$275m in loans.
