INSPIRE Entertainment Resort COO to leave after three years
Wade Howk will step down following his role in the launch and early growth of the Incheon integrated resort.
South Korea.- INSPIRE Entertainment Resort chief operating officer Wade Howk is preparing to leave South Korea after three years with the property. The move brings an end to a tenure that covered the opening and early development of the Incheon integrated resort.
Howk confirmed his departure in a LinkedIn post, saying he is preparing to return to the United States for his next chapter. He did not disclose an departure date or his next role.
He joined Mohegan INSPIRE as COO in 2023, ahead of the opening of the resort’s foreigner-only casino in February 2024. His role covered resort-wide operations, including work with government and business partners.
“I had the rare opportunity to be part of the opening and growth of INSPIRE Entertainment Resort — helping bring an extraordinary integrated resort to life alongside an incredibly talented team,” Howk said. He described the opening of a resort of INSPIRE’s scale as both “challenging” and “rewarding,” while highlighting the contribution of the team behind the project. “More than anything, I’m thankful for the people,” he wrote and added: “I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together and excited to watch INSPIRE continue to grow and succeed.”
