South Korea’s Inspire Entertainment Resort launches career mentoring programme

The pilot INSPIRE Dream Class provided hands-on training and career mentoring at the integrated resort.

South Korea.- Inspire Entertainment Resort has held a pilot for INSPIRE Dream Class, a mentoring programme designed to support out-of-school and underprivileged youth pursuing careers in the hospitality and gaming industries. Some 14 students attended at the integrated resort in Incheon, gaining practical insights into careers in hotel and casino dealer work.

The programme was made possible through the voluntary participation of INSPIRE team members, who provided mentoring sessions and shared their professional experiences. The initiative included career mentoring activities, hands-on job training in the resort’s Rooms, Food & Beverage and Casino divisions, as well as interactive question-and-answer sessions that allowed students to learn from industry professionals about career pathways and workplace experiences.
