DigiPlus opens Singapore subsidiary DigiPlus Global
The new entity will serve as an international hub for support services.
Singapore.- DigiPlus Interactive Corp has incorporated DigiPlus Global in Singapore. The new entity will be entirely owned by Diginvest Holdings, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of DigiPlus Interactive.
The company said DigiPlus Global will serve as the company’s international hub, driving. It is registered under Singapore’s business activity classification for head and regional offices. It will provide regional support services rather than directly operating any gaming platforms, respecting Singapore’s restrictions on gambling. DigiPlus said the move would accelerate its efforts to expand its digital platforms: BingoPlus, ArenaPlus, and GameZone.
DigiPlus chairman Eusebio Tanco said: “This is not just an expansion; it’s a foundational step in our growth strategy. By anchoring our international presence in Singapore—one of the world’s most advanced business ecosystems—we are accelerating DigiPlus’ transformation into a globally recognised force in digital entertainment.”
DigiPlus Interactive recently added an in-app responsible gaming tab to let players self-regulate their gaming habits. Players can set daily gaming duration limits, customise play schedules and cap their losses and deposits. It also allows users to voluntarily pause gaming access.
