DigiPlus appoints Teneo as strategic advisor
The company said the partnership will support its plans to pursue opportunities beyond the Philippine market.
The Philippines.- DigiPlus Interactive Corpp. has appointed global CEO advisory firm Teneo as its strategic advisor as the company looks to pursue growth opportunities beyond the Philippines. DigiPlus, which operates BingoPlus, ArenaPlus and GameZone, said Teneo will provide a global perspective and senior counsel.
DigiPlus said it continues to invest in innovation, responsible growth, governance and organisational capabilities. as it aims to expand both in the Philippines and internationally. DigiPlus Interactive reported a 9 per cent quarter-on-quarter decline in gross gaming revenue (GGR) to PHP15.61bn (US$273.7m) in the second quarter of 2026. Net income was PHP6.98bn (US$122.4m), up 124 per cent, primarily due to a fair value gain from its investment in International Entertainment Corporation’s (IEC) convertible notes.
Excluding this non-operating gain, core net income was PHP2.35bn (US$41.2m), an 8 per cent increase from the previous quarter. EBITDA rose 7 per cent quarter-on-quarter to PHP2.84bn (US$49.8m), while the EBITDA margin improved to 18.2 per cent, compared with 15.3 per cent in the first quarter. The company cited disciplined cost management and greater operating efficiency.
