Century signs table gaming deal at new Cambodian casino

The agreement allows Century Entertainment to operate four gaming tables at the new casino in Dara Sakor.

Cambodia.- Hong Kong-based Century Entertainment International Holdings has signed a revised right agreement to offer table gaming at a new casino in Dara Sakor.

Century signed the deal with Lion King Entertainment to operate four gaming tables, mainly operating baccarat.

The launch of mass table gaming at a new casino in Cambodia has been delayed until March.

The property was originally due to open in January but the delivery of essential equipment was delayed.

The new location has a gross floor area of 10,500 square with 20 mass gaming tables, seven tables for niu-niu poker, 10 tables for baccarat, one table each for blackjack, sicbo and poker, 25 VIP tables, 50 EGMs and a Chinese restaurant.

A spokesperson for Century said: “In view of the expected re-opening of the new casino by early March 2021 and the foreseeable recovery of the economy in Cambodia following the launching of vaccine to provide acquired immunity against coronavirus, the Company considers that it provides a good timing for the company to resume the new gaming table business.”
