Tsogo Sun rolls out OneCard across six major casinos in South Africa
The new OneCard centralises play, points and funds across Montecasino, Gold Reef City, Silverstar, Emerald, Suncoast and Golden Horse, simplifying rewards and gameplay for members.
South Africa.- South Africa’s Tsogo Sun casinos have launched OneCard, a single card that centralises play, points and funds across six major casino properties, making gambling and rewards simpler and more convenient for players.
Players can now use OneCard at leading Tsogo Sun casinos – Montecasino, Gold Reef City, Silverstar, Emerald, Suncoast and Golden Horse – removing the need to carry multiple cards between properties. The rollout started on February 16 and ran until 19 February, with existing Tsogo Rewards cards automatically updated to OneCard functionality. Once the process was complete, players used one active Tsogo Rewards card as their OneCard at all participating casinos.
Tsogo Sun said: “Tsogo Rewards cards are becoming OneCard from February 16. Players can enjoy a simpler, smarter way to play and manage all your funds and points on one card.”
The OneCard tracks gameplay, collects loyalty points and manages funds, allowing players to use any money or credits at any of the six casinos. This makes it more than just a loyalty or promotional card – it serves as a centralised system for both play and rewards.
Tsogo Sun added: “With OneCard, you use a single card to access your play at all participating casinos. That means one card in your wallet.”
Digital integration enhances gaming
The launch is part of Tsogo Sun’s broader 2026 strategy to modernise its digital platforms and improve the overall experience for casino visitors. The company sees OneCard, in combination with the Tsogo Sun mobile app, as a way to make cross-property play and rewards easier while driving growth in digital loyalty.
By bringing points, funds and rewards together on one card, OneCard is designed to make the casino experience smoother and more rewarding. Experts say consolidating loyalty programs under a single card can simplify operations for players and encourage higher engagement across the six properties.
With OneCard, players can now experience a seamless casino journey, tracking points, funds and rewards all on a single card. Transfers between the six participating casinos are handled effortlessly through the official Tsogo Sun app, making it easier than ever to play, redeem rewards and stay engaged across the group’s properties.
