SOFTSWISS 2025 overview: scaling the content hub by +45% and defining igaming trends

SOFTSWISS has focused on strengthening its core products while expanding its global presence.

Press release.- With more than 15 years in igaming, SOFTSWISS entered 2025 with a clear objective: to strengthen its core products while expanding its global presence. By the end of the year, the company had achieved milestones across its entire ecosystem.

Brazil entry and market trendsetting

SOFTSWISS secured full certification in Brazil, one of the world’s largest newly regulated igaming markets, while continuing to grow its presence across Europe. The year also marked the second chapter of SOFTSWISS’ partnership with Formula 1 legend Rubens Barrichello. As non-executive director in Latin America, he continues to support the company’s regional strategy, helping strengthen brand credibility and deepen market understanding.

In November, SOFTSWISS released the fourth edition of its flagship 2026 iGaming Trends report. This year, it was based on a survey of over 350 igaming professionals and the AI-driven analysis of more than 120,000 media headlines. The report also combined qualitative and quantitative research conducted by Kantar with internal insights from 30 SOFTSWISS experts.

Covering regulation, AI adoption, cybersecurity, betting formats, and responsible gambling, the report reflects SOFTSWISS’ broader role not only as a technology provider but as an active contributor to the industry’s evolution.

The year culminated at SiGMA Central Europe 2025, where SOFTSWISS unveiled the report live and hosted its first iGaming Trends Marathon – a four-hour conference exploring what will shape the industry in 2026. One of the most talked-about moments of the exhibition was the live assembly of an Alfa Romeo 4C at the company’s stand. The car was later gifted to partner Lottu to celebrate the launch of the 100th brand powered by SOFTSWISS software in 2025.

Reflecting on the year, Ivan Montik, founder of SOFTSWISS, said: “In 2025, we reached several important milestones. We became a leading content provider in Brazil’s regulated market and strengthened our position in South Africa, where our solutions now support three operators. Our clients value the strength of our technology and the flexibility it gives them to adapt to different business models and regulatory requirements. Looking ahead to 2026, we will keep innovating and continue expanding into new markets.”

Game Aggregator: +45% Games, 99.999% Uptime, Zero Compromise on Quality

The SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator reached a major milestone in 2025, celebrating ten years on the market and becoming one of the largest igaming content hubs in the industry. As of year-end, the platform is offering more than 40,000 active games from over 300 providers, supporting more than 600 operators worldwide.

Technical stability remains a defining feature for the Game Aggregator. It delivers 99.999 per cent uptime supported by the team’s 100 per cent commitment to uninterrupted service. The platform is available across 24 jurisdictions, including full regulatory compliance in Brazil and Peru.

Unlike many aggregation platforms that prioritise sheer volume, SOFTSWISS maintains strict quality control to ensure every integrated game is live and commercially viable.

Tatyana Kaminskaya, head of SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, explained: “Scale only matters when it comes with consistency. Our priority has always been to offer operators content they can rely on. A large catalogue alone is not enough – games must perform, stay compliant, and receive full support. That’s what allows our partners to grow with confidence in different markets.”

Sportsbook: Fast launches and betting innovation

The SOFTSWISS Sportsbook continued to strengthen its position as a flexible, platform-agnostic betting solution. Designed to integrate with both proprietary and third-party online casinos, it allows operators to launch and scale betting projects quickly, often within just two weeks. The Sportsbook prioritises a mobile-first approach, reflecting how modern players engage with betting products.

In 2025, SOFTSWISS launched the industry’s first Sportsbook Network Jackpot, awarding over 80,000 euros to the first winner.

Alexander Kamenetskyi, head of SOFTSWISS Sportsbook, noted: “The Sportsbook has reached a stage where speed and stability go hand in hand. Operators need confidence that the product will engage bettors and perform reliably under peak loads during major sports events. That’s where our practical experience and proven operational setup make the difference.”

Looking ahead, fast deployment and reliable support take on added importance as operators prepare for the FIFA World Cup in June 2026.

Jackpot Aggregator: €1.4m wins and new engagement mechanics

In its fourth year, the SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator delivered one of the industry’s most notable moments: a Prime Network Jackpot payout of nearly €1.4m – the largest win in the solution’s history.

2025 was defined by the Jackpot Aggregator’s product evolution. New Paid Participation Campaigns allowed players to opt into jackpots through entry fees, creating additional revenue streams for operators. Customisable Jackpot Widgets made it easier to showcase campaigns across casino websites, while expanded Drops and Multi-Prize mechanics gave operators more tools to engage players.

Amir Kiabi, head of sales at SOFTSWISS Jackpot Aggregator, commented: “Jackpots work best when they’re flexible. Our goal is to give operators full control over how they engage players, whether through network campaigns, branded mechanics, or time-based activations. In 2025, we focused on making these tools easier to launch and manage while making them more commercially effective.”

Casino Platform: stability and client satisfaction

The SOFTSWISS Casino Platform continued to strengthen long-term relationships with operators. Independent research conducted by Kantar showed an overall client satisfaction score of 8.3 out of 10.

Now in its 12th year, the platform introduced upgrades aimed at operational stability, compliance readiness, and day-to-day usability.

Daria Avtukhovich, head of SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, shared: “Operators value predictability. They want a platform that doesn’t slow them down operationally and quickly adapts to regulatory change. In 2025, we focused on strengthening exactly those fundamentals, because that’s what supports long-term growth.”

Affilka by SOFTSWISS: data-driven growth and smarter acquisition tools

Affilka by SOFTSWISS continued its steady growth as a specialised affiliate platform for igaming. By the end of 2025, it supported more than 500,000 affiliate accounts and over 122 million registered players tracked across partner programmes.

The year brought new analytical and operational tools, including advanced traffic reporting, an API for marketing campaigns and tracking links, and a sub-affiliate revenue-share model. These additions strengthened Affilka’s position within operators’ acquisition strategies and set the stage for further development in 2026.

Industry recognition

2025 was a record year for SOFTSWISS in terms of global visibility across the igaming landscape.

The company took part in over 50 industry events, delivered 27 public speaking sessions, and received 28 awards in Europe, Latin America, Africa, and South Asia. The recognition covered product innovation, marketing execution, and individual professional achievements, underlining SOFTSWISS’ role as a regulation-ready technology partner built for scale, stability, and long-term growth in diverse markets.

Moving into 2026, SOFTSWISS remains committed to its strategy: building reliable technology, supporting operators in global markets, and keeping pace with an industry that increasingly values transparency and long-term thinking.
