Organised by the Sales and Network Management Department (DVGR), the programme covered Aboisso, Abengourou, Yamoussoukro, Bouaké and Korhogo. The final meeting took place on October 28, following several stages of engagement with regional network stakeholders.
At the Korhogo meeting, supervised by Area Supervisor Khalil Coulibaly, activity coordinators presented their action plans, reviewed their third-quarter activities and shared challenges encountered in their respective areas.

The meeting with concessionaires focused on the third-quarter commercial performance of the Korhogo zone. Participants assessed achievements, highlighted difficulties and discussed potential solutions to address shortcomings.
The engagement also gave concessionaires an opportunity to raise operational concerns and receive responses from LONACI representatives. The operator said the approach was intended to improve relations between stakeholders and strengthen support for its commercial partners.
