LONACI leads Sub-Saharan Africa with World Lottery Association Level 3 certification
National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire also renews ISO 9001:2015, reinforcing governance, quality management and player protection standards.
Côte d’Ivoire.- The National Lottery of Côte d’Ivoire (LONACI) has officially raised the bar in Sub‑Saharan Africa after securing the World Lottery Association (WLA) Level 3 Responsible Gaming certification and renewing its ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management certificate, marking a major step forward in governance, compliance and player protection.
The dual certifications were formally presented at LONACI Studios in Marcory‑Biétry on February 12, an official event attended by senior officials, quality managers and partners.
Dramane Coulibaly, General Manager of LONACI and President of the African Lotteries Association (ALA), said: “These certificates reflect our commitment to good governance, player protection, risk management and respect for international standards.
