Côte d’Ivoire.- Côte d’Ivoire’s National Lottery (LONACI) has announced plans to expand its national coverage, enhance services for customers and distributors and further digitalise its operations.

LONACI, a key contributor to the country’s social and cultural initiatives, outlined its main strategic priorities at a commercial reopening event in Marcory, themed “Acceleration 1.0”. The ceremony was attended by LONACI’s General Manager Dramane Coulibaly, Deputy General Manager Abdoul Karim Ouattara, members of the Board of Directors and numerous partners of the institution, reflecting the organisation’s close collaboration with its stakeholders.

Coulibaly said: “For 2026, our target is clearly set. We need to significantly improve our national coverage rate, launch a loyalty and incentive program, strengthen the customer and distributor experience, continue the digitalisation of our processes and put in place a structured commission plan for our sales teams.”

Collaboration and innovation

Pierre Alain Kouassi, Director of Sales and Network Management, highlighted that achieving these goals depends on close collaboration with all partners, dealers and players. “Your commitment, trust and experience feedback are essential for us to move further, together,” he said.
