Côte d’Ivoire.- Côte d’Ivoire’s National Lottery (LONACI) reviewed third-quarter commercial performance in its Bouaké zone on October 26, assessing results across individual products and discussing strategies to boost sales during the fourth quarter of 2026. The meeting also brought together activity coordinators and operations managers to assess their respective zones and present action plans aimed at improving the efficiency of LONACI’s distribution network.
Led by Khalil Coulibaly, LONACI’s zone supervisor for the interior of the country, the consultation began with a working session involving activity coordinators and operations managers, according to LONACI’s announcement. Participants presented assessments of their respective zones, evaluated actions undertaken in the field and outlined plans aligned with objectives set by the Sales and Network Management Directorate (DVGR).
Discussions with concessionaires and sellers examined the Bouaké zone’s third-quarter commercial performance across individual products. LONACI said the review aimed to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted measures to boost sales during the final quarter of the year.
The meeting also gave concessionaires and sellers an opportunity to raise concerns and share proposals about the challenges they face. LONACI said the consultation reflected its commitment to listening to distribution partners and responding to issues encountered on the ground.
The meeting was attended by the Bouaké zone manager, her deputy, Ganda Djatou, and Sanogo Lassina. LONACI said the participants shared a common objective: “to improve results and strengthen the efficiency of the distribution network.” The initiative supports the commercial objectives set by Director General Dramane Coulibaly.
The Bouaké meeting follows a consultation held in Yamoussoukro on October 24, where LONACI brought together sales partners to address distribution challenges and strengthen lottery sales.
