Ghana.- Ghana National Lottery Authority (NLA) director-general Mohammed Abdul-Salam attended an event hosted by National Investment Bank (NIB) PLC on October 7, as part of the bank’s Customer Service Week celebrations. The NLA said the engagement highlighted the value of professional relationships and cooperation among institutions.
The event recognised the importance of customer service and engagement, while providing an opportunity for Abdul-Salam, who heads the NLA, to interact with NIB Managing Director Doli-Wura Zakaria and other members of Ghana’s corporate community.
The NLA is also overseeing a customer promotion for another financial institution, Fidelity Bank Ghana, as part of the bank’s efforts to reward customers while celebrating its 20th anniversary.
The draw is being run through the authority’s Caritas electronic platform and offers eight electric vehicles and GHC340,000 (US$29,000) in cash prizes. The promotion runs until March 30, 2027, having started on October 1, 2026.
