Ghana.- Ghana’s National Lottery Authority (NLA) is set to oversee Fidelity Bank Ghana’s latest customer draw through its Caritas platform, with winners to be selected electronically under the Authority’s supervision.
Caritas is an NLA platform used to conduct and supervise corporate draws involving an element of chance. According to Fidelity Bank, winners under the promotion will be selected through a random electronic draw, with an NLA representative present.
Fidelity Bank Ghana, a privately owned commercial bank, began operations in 1998 as Fidelity Discount House before becoming a universal bank in 2006. Its Jubilee Drive will offer eight electric vehicles and GHC340,000 (US$29,000) in cash prizes.
The bank has launched its Jubilee Drive Promo – Double Double Edition as part of its 20th anniversary celebrations. The promotion started on October 1 2026 and runs until March 30 2027, with monthly draws culminating in a Grand Draw in April 2027, conducted by the NLA, according to GNA.
Customers qualify for entries by saving and maintaining multiples of GHC1,000 ($85) in their Fidelity accounts. The bank says customers saving GHC2,000 (US$170) or more receive double tickets.
The promotion puts the NLA’s Caritas platform at the centre of another corporate customer draw, extending its existing role in Ghana’s promotional draw activity.
The NLA has previously used Caritas to oversee corporate prize draws. In May, its Caritas team supervised the final draw of Rana Motors’ World Cup promotion, with the Authority saying the platform is intended to ensure corporate promotional activities involving chance are conducted fairly, transparently and credibly.
