Bolabet Zambia rolls out BolaXpress voucher system to boost cash betting access
New POS deposit system launches in Lusaka as betting operators expand retail payment networks across Africa.
Zambia.- Bolabet Zambia has launched BolaXpress, a new point-of-sale (POS) voucher deposit system designed to simplify cash deposits for betting customers in Zambia. The payment solution allows customers to purchase vouchers from authorised agents and redeem the codes directly into their Bolabet betting accounts.
At the recent launch, activations took place in busy Lusaka trading areas, including City Market, where Bolabet introduced branded booths, mobile money stands and on-site agent support, according to Mwebantu News. Customers were encouraged to identify participating outlets through “BolaXpress available here” signage and branded apparel worn by POS agents.
In launch messaging shared during the campaign, Bolabet said the system was designed “to make deposits easier for customers” and described BolaXpress as a faster and more accessible way for users to fund betting accounts.
The rollout included promo codes, free bets, giveaways and in-store activation campaigns aimed at encouraging adoption of the new payment channel.
Bolabet Zambia operates sportsbook betting, casino games, Aviator and virtual gaming products through online and retail channels. The operator has a presence in Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi, with a business model focused on retail betting shops, digital platforms and cash-accessible transactions.
Zambia’s betting sector relies heavily on mobile money and cash-based deposits. BolaXpress adds another voucher-based payment option for customers using offline transaction channels.
