Michael Baker-Mosley, iGamingPlatform: “Our idea was to crash the traditional aggregator offer”
Shows & conferences - 3 October, 2025
During SBC Summit Lisbon 2025, Michael Baker-Mosley, Chief Marketing Officer at iGamingPlatform, sat down with Focus Gaming News to discuss the company's rapid product expansion and technological advancements.
During the interview, Baker-Mosley highlighted the company's significant growth, saying, "In two years, we've gone from having a platform to having an aggregator to now having a lottery solution. It's just a business being transformed in front of us."
The new lottery product is a key focus, designed as a secondary lottery system. He clarified the mechanic: "You are not betting on the lottery itself. You're not buying a lottery ticket, you're placing a bet on the lottery." This model allows operators to leverage the appeal of over 70 state lotteries, attracting a wider audience who may not typically engage with casino or sports betting products. For operators, it is a "super low, low risk" option, as the winnings are insured.
This new product is part of a broader company philosophy. "We talk about doing things an IGP way," Baker-Mosley explained, "and that is features that are rich, that is choice, that is promotional tools, gamification."
Alongside new products, iGamingPlatform has heavily invested in its core technology. The company has undergone a "complete replatforming process," resulting in "brands making new code, no technical debt, faster than ever." He confirmed that for existing clients, the migration has been "pretty seamless," with operators seeing the benefits in GGR.
This commitment to innovation also extends to their aggregator. Baker-Mosley described their strategy to "crash the traditional aggregator offer." He elaborated: "Rather than just here's some games... What we've done is within the aggregator, added a load of layer of promotional tools." This was done because "so many platforms out there are on old code" and cannot support modern jackpot or gamification features. By building these tools directly into the aggregator, IGP allows operators on older platforms to access advanced features without a full migration.
