Wyoming sports betting handle rises in March
The handle increased 36.3 per cent year-over-year.
US.- The Wyoming Gaming Commission (WGC) has reported that the state’s sports betting handle was $28.5m in March. That represents an increase of 36.3 per cent year-over-year and 54 per cent from February 2026. Gross gaming revenue (GGR) totalled $2m.
DraftKings led the market with a $19m handle and $734,764 in GGR, followed by FanDuel with a $4.9m handle and $121,363 in GGR. BetMGM posted a $2m handle and $307,285 in GGR, Fanatics $1.4m and $121,363, and Caesars $1.2m and $307,285. Taxable gaming revenue was $1.6m.
The historic horse race (HHR) betting handle was $243.9m. Wyoming Horse Racing reported $108.5m, Wyoming Downs $77.6m and 307 Horse Racing $57.8m.
Year-to-date, from January to March, sports wagers totalled $70.4m. In December, the WGC announced that the State of Wyoming had joined the National Voluntary Self-Exclusion Programme (NVSEP).
