Vincent Zahn named CFO of Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International
Zahn will report to Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.
US.- Seminole Hard Rock has appointed Vincent Zahn as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International. He will report directly to Jim Allen, chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.
Zahn will be responsible for overseeing the accounting, financial planning and analysis, risk management, treasury, corporate finance and capital markets execution of Hard Rock International and other enterprises under the control of Seminole Gaming. He will also contribute to overall strategic development efforts.
He has more than a decade’s worth of experience in roles at public gaming entertainment companies focusing on corporate finance, risk management, treasury, investor relations, capital markets and strategic development. He began his career in the financial sector on Wall Street with five years as an equity analyst covering casino gaming and hospitality companies at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
Zahn served as vice president and treasurer of Pinnacle Entertainment for seven years. In his most recent public company role, he worked as senior vice president and treasurer for Wynn Resorts from 2019 to 2022.

Hard Rock aims to open permanent Rockford casino in 2024
Hard Rock has unveiled new images of the permanent Hard Rock Casino Rockford in Illinois, which is set to open in August 2024. The company was granted an extention from the Illinois Gaming Board on the licence for its temporary casino while it works on the project.
Rockford Casino: A Hard Rock Opening Act, the temporary venue at 610 Bell School Road, will remain open until November 2024. Construction of the permanent facility began in September 2022. The company expects to bring gaming equipment to the site in May 2024 and open in late August 2024.
