Hard Rock’s land agreement has been approved should it win its bid to develop a casino in Vigo County, Indiana.

US.- Vigo County commissioners have approved a tentative land development agreement for a Hard Rock casino in Terre Haute after officially showing their preference for the company´s proposal for the Indiana casino.

Hard Rock has yet to be chosen by the Indiana Gaming Commission (IGC) as the winner of the casino bidding. The other three companies competing for the casino licence are Churchill Downs, Full House Resorts Inc. and Premier Gaming Group.

Commissioners clarified at the meeting that the approval does not apply to the other three companies if they are selected by the IGC. If Hard Rock is not the company selected, the chosen company would have to get a new land development agreement approved by Vigo County.
