Valiantsina Dubavets, head of marketing at 1spin4win
Why did 1spin4win launch the United for Impact campaign?
For us, it was a natural step that aligns with our company values. If we have an opportunity to make a positive difference, we think we should take it.
1spin4win is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year, and after participating in several CSR campaigns, we decided to launch an initiative ourselves to bring the igaming community together around a meaningful cause and make our own contribution.
But we wanted to go beyond simply making a donation. Our goal was to highlight a real problem, put it on the industry’s agenda, and encourage others to get involved.
We believe that the igaming community has a strong voice and real influence. And when it joins forces, it can bring much more attention and support to the cause.
Kenya was a clear choice for us, given its growing igaming market and the very serious need for free and timely surgery, especially for children facing cancer and CNS-related conditions.
Through United for Impact, we are supporting Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital and using our position in the industry to help a cause that goes beyond business.
What are the main goals of United for Impact, and what do you hope the campaign will achieve?
First of all, we want to provide real help to children facing cancer and CNS-related conditions who need access to surgery and specialised healthcare.
At the same time, we would like to ensure the initiative continues beyond the initial campaign. We hope to raise awareness of the situation in Kenya, bring more companies on board and show that the igaming industry can use its resources and connections to support causes that need urgent attention.
How can international igaming companies use their networks and influence to support charitable causes responsibly?
I think companies should use the resources they already have. Not everyone has to contribute in the same way. Some can provide financial support, while others can use their media channels, events, partnerships or communities to bring attention to a cause.
The important thing is to choose initiatives carefully, understand where help is actually needed, and be ready to contribute in a way that is genuinely useful, rather than doing something simply because it looks good from a PR perspective.
What are 1spin4win’s longer-term plans for charitable and social initiatives?
We will continue taking part in initiatives where we see a real need and believe we can make a difference. Recently, for example, we partnered with Triunfobet to support vulnerable communities and animals affected by the recent double earthquake in Venezuela.
For us, it is not about creating CSR campaigns purely for PR purposes. We want to stay involved in projects where we can provide meaningful help and make a lasting contribution. United for Impact is an important charity initiative for us, and we hope it will be the first of many.
Anastasiya Baravaya, chief executive officer at Affilka
Affilka recently joined the United for Impact charity initiative. What encouraged Affilka to join this campaign?
Charitable initiatives like “United for Impact” are investments in the future, giving us hope for a healthy, safe, and prosperous tomorrow. For us, as a Founding Partner, it is also an integral part of Affilka’s social mission, reflecting our commitment to those in need of help and support. In this regard, we are deeply grateful to the 1spin4win team for the invitation to join this truly important initiative.
How would you describe Affilka’s role in the igaming industry today?
A company’s role in the industry reflects its goals and objectives. Our primary mission is to deliver high-quality service to our clients and partners within the B2B igaming sector. Our product is more than just a bridge between affiliates and operators; it is a comprehensive infrastructure designed to elevate affiliate marketing and management to a new level by streamlining all related processes. Today, we are trusted by hundreds of brands, which proves that we are excelling in this role.
How does social responsibility influence Affilka’s business decisions and long-term strategy?
It goes beyond mere corporate culture and it is a collective drive across our entire team. We are committed to taking an active social stance and aligning ourselves with a brand that reflects our true values. This perfectly matches our overall strategy: the evolution of our product is driven by the daily, hands-on dedication of the entire Affilka team, keeping in constant, close communication with our clients.
Looking ahead, where would you like to see Affilka in the next three years?
We are confident that we will continue to lead and maintain our position as a top-tier affiliate management software in the igaming industry. Our product will become even more sought-after among online casino and sportsbook brands, as well as affiliate managers, whose workflow optimisation is the very core of our business. Alongside this, we are certain that we will scale our social programs and continue to actively participate in meaningful initiatives like “United for Impact”.
