US.- Tachi Palace Casino Resort in Lemoore, California, has named Jacob Jeff as its new general manager. With two decades of leadership at the resort, Jeff most recently served as slot director, overseeing floor optimisation, guest engagement initiatives and major technology upgrades.
Jeff is a Tribal member of the Santa Rosa Rancheria. He will now oversee all operations and initiatives to enhance the guest experience.
Leo Sisco, chairman of the Tachi-Yokut Tribe, said: “Jacob’s deep knowledge of our operations, his commitment to our team members, and his long-standing service to Tachi Palace make him the right leader at the right time. He understands our Tribe, our business, and our responsibility to the community. We have full confidence in his ability to lead Tachi Palace forward.”
Jeff commented: “I am honored to step into the role of general manager and grateful for the trust placed in me by the Tribal General Council and Tribal leadership. Tachi Palace has always been more than a workplace for me. It is a place where I grew up, as well as many of our long-term Associates. We have been raised in the casino industry, and the Tribe has given us an opportunity to care for our families over all these years.
“We owe a lot to the Santa Rosa Rancheria and our surrounding communities. The cool thing about having one of our own here is the fact that I will always care for our community, and this is what all leaders should believe. We Didn’t Join the Game, We Started It.”
