California’s Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage to renovate guest rooms

The casino has announced a $30m multi-phase remodel.

US.- Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage in California has announced a $60m renovation that will transform all 340 guest rooms. The multi-phase remodel will introduce fully reimagined guest rooms and suites featuring new designs.

The casino stated that the transformation represents one of the most significant investments in the property’s history. The redesign includes inspiration from local culture and natural surroundings.

The renovation will be completed in phases. It will include completely redesigned interiors, new bedding and custom furnishings, upgraded bathrooms, and enhanced technology.

Saverio R. Scheri, chief operating officer for Agua Caliente Casinos, said: “This renovation marks an exciting new chapter for Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage. Our goal is to deliver a guest experience that reflects today’s traveller while honouring the hotel’s legacy. This investment allows us to thoughtfully modernise every room while raising the standard for comfort, functionality, and design.”

In 2025, Agua Caliente Rancho Mirage announced an expansion that includes an extra 12,000 square feet of casino gaming space with hundreds more slot machines. The expansion takes the gaming space to over 89,000 square feet, with 42 table games, two high-limit rooms, and the only poker room in the Coachella Valley.

Agua Caliente Casinos are located in Rancho Mirage, Palm Springs, and Cathedral City, California. Collectively, the three properties offer three entertainment venues, 13 dining options, meeting and event spaces, and gaming floors.
