Table games revenue increases in Pennsylvania

May operations show that table games revenue increased less than one per cent in Pennsylvania.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) released and posted on Monday the figures that indicate that display tables games revenue for May 2018 was US$74,9 million, a less than one per cent increase over the same period last year.

May 2018 revenue was approximately US$500k higher than during the same period in 2017 when table games totalled US$74.4 million in revenue. The PGCB also reported that combined revenue with the report of slot machine revenue, total gaming revenue increase 0.4 per cent when compared to May 2017.

The state regulator said that total tax revenue from table games during last month operations amounted to US$12 million with an average of 1,271 tables in statewide daily operation. Combined gross revenue from slot machines at the 12 state casinos in May of this year was US$203.9 million, 0.4 per cent higher than the May 2017 gross revenue figure of US$203.2 million.
