Station Casinos to reopen poker room at Green Valley Ranch Resort
The company plans to inaugurate the gaming space by the end of 2025.
US.- Station Casinos has announced the return of the poker room at Green Valley Ranch Resort, Spa and Casino, in Nevada. The resort, which is undergoing a $200m remodel, will reopen the poker room in its original location by the end of the year with 16 new tables and chairs and an upgraded audio and visual package. It will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The poker room will offer a variety of games, including 4/8, 6/12, and 8/16 Limit Hold’em, 1/2, 2/3, and 3/5 No Limit Hold’em, Time Rake Hold’em games, Pot Limit Omaha, and 4/8, 6/12, and 8/16 Omaha Hi/Lo.
Ken Janssen, general manager and vice president of Green Valley Ranch Resort, said: “Poker’s home in Henderson is back at Green Valley Ranch. We took our guests’ feedback loud and clear and are pleased to announce the return of poker, among the many exciting upgrades happening at the property.”
In August, Nevada casinos generated $1.22bn in revenue, up 5.4 per cent year-over-year. Clark County, which includes the Strip, downtown Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, the Boulder Strip and surrounding areas, generated $1.03bn, up 5.3 per cent from the same period in 2024, and the Las Vegas Strip $679.3m, up 5.5 per cent.
