Seneca Resorts & Casinos names Hicham Jaddoud as senior vice president of resorts
He will lead the hospitality strategy and oversee all resort operations.
US.- Seneca Resorts & Casinos has named Hicham Jaddoud as senior vice president of resorts. Jaddoud joined the company as executive director of hotel operations in 2025 and will now lead the implementation of hospitality strategy and oversee all resort operations.
As executive director of hotel operations, “Hicham has made an immediate impact by streamlining operations, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and reinforcing AAA Four Diamond standards through a data-driven approach”, the company said. Previously, he served as director of operations at Little Creek Resort & Casino. He also held leadership roles with Penn Gaming, Del Lago Resort & Casino, Marriott, Ritz-Carlton, and Hilton.
In March, Seneca Resorts & Casinos named James Domzalski as chief legal officer and general counsel. The company has three resorts in New York: Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino in Niagara Falls, Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in downtown Buffalo, and Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino in Salamanca. There’s also the Seneca Hickory Stick Golf Course in Lewiston.
