Seneca Casinos partners with NFL’s Buffalo Bills

Seneca Resorts & Casinos is now the Official Casino of the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL).

US.- Sports leagues and teams in the US keep taking advantage of the benefits that they get from the legalisation of sports betting in the country, and that is why Seneca Resorts & Casinos is now the Official Casino of the Buffalo Bills.

The casino company and the National Football League (NFL) team will kick off the partnership by giving away season ticket. The exclusive partnership extends to the newly-branded Seneca Studios at One Bills Drive, the home of One Bills Live and The Instigators, simulcast weekdays on WGR 550 and MSG, both parties said.

“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the Buffalo Bills and expand our relationship with Pegula Sports & Entertainment,” said Melissa Free, Sr. VP of Marketing/CMO, Seneca Gaming Corporation. “Seneca Resorts & Casinos always strives to elevate our guest experience and this partnership brings even more opportunities for play both on and off the field. This is a collaboration of great teams coming together!”

Dan Misko, Pegula Sports & Entertainment’s Sr. Vice President of Business Development, said: “Seneca Gaming’s commitment to elevating the guest experience is directly in line with our goal of focusing on the fan. We’re proud to expand our partnership with Seneca Resorts & Casinos and work together to create memorable experiences for Bills fans, who we place first in all that we do.”

NFL still not ready for a sports betting partnership

With legalised sports betting expanding in the country, it was expected that the league would be ready for a sports betting operator partnership. However, an official from the NFL has confirmed that this won’t happen in time for the kickoff.

Christopher Halpin, the NFL’s Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, told Reuters that the sports betting partnership category isn’t even open. He said that they may experiment with sportsbook partnerships in other international markets before making the move in the US.

The NFL has already struck casino partnerships with Caesars Entertainment and an official data provider partnership with sportsbook Sportradar. However, it has yet to achieve a sports betting partnership like other major sports leagues in the US.
