Saipan approves Imperial Pacific casino
Saipan authorities have finally granted the operating license to the new Imperial Pacific casino.
Saipan.- After a long regulating process, the government of Saipan, largest island of Northern Mariana Islands, has granted the operating license to the new Imperial Pacific casino. The touristic and gaming venue would be opened soon, now that the company achieved the complete permissions by the Commonwealth Casino Commission (CCC).
Imperial Pacific International Holdings (IPI) has fulfilled the Commonwealth Casino Commission’s requirements as to health and safety regulations. According to Asia Gaming Brief, operators adapted the casino with new fire alarm system. Furthermore, IPI has also committed to hire personal for fire watch, an independent safety consultant and general clean up.
Other relevant condition was to set proper work status for employees as well as comprehensive documents to register auditions and tax payments. As the Commonwealth Casino Commission executive director Edward Deleon Guerrero revealed, Imperial Pacific International Holdings (IPI) could open the permanent casino in the island once the conditions are all set.
The new gambling facility casino would feature around 200 to 300 gaming tables and 300 to 400 slot machines. The 350-suite resort is being designed by Steelman Partners LLP, which has been involved in the design of several large casinos in Asia and elsewhere.
