US.- Rivers Casino Des Plaines in Illinois has announced plans to add 400 workers to its team as part of the property’s expansion. As part of its hiring plans, Rivers Casino will add 250 table game dealers.

The casino, owned by Rush Street Gaming and Churchill Downs Incorporated, will be the first to have the state’s maximum number of 2,000 gaming positions when complete. With a 78,000 square-foot expansion, the venue will reopen in 2022 with a poker room, new gaming areas, an area for events, and a new restaurant.

Rivers was recently named a 2021 Top Workplace by The Chicago Tribune and was the top-ranked entertainment and hospitality company in the large employer category.
