Resorts World New York City sponsors NYNJ World Cup fan zone in Queens
The free fan destination at Louis Armstrong Stadium will run through June 27 during the tournament’s group stage.
US.- Resorts World New York City (RWNYC) has become a sponsor of the NYNJ World Cup 26 Queens Group Stage HQ, a free fan destination where New Yorkers can watch FIFA World Cup 26 matches together. Located at the Louis Armstrong Stadium within the Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, the fan zone opened on June 11 and runs through June 27. Entry is free but requires a ticket.
The space offers live broadcasts on big screens, family programming, local food vendors and community activations throughout the group stage. RWNYC co-sponsored the opening concert, which featured NAS.
Michelle Stoddart, senior vice president of community development at Resorts World New York City, said: “Queens has been Resorts World’s home since day one, and there’s no better way to welcome the world to our borough than by giving our neighbours a free, front-row seat to the World Cup. This fan zone is about more than soccer, it’s about bringing families together, supporting local small businesses, and showing the millions of fans coming to New York exactly what makes this community special. We’re proud to be a sponsor, and proud to keep doing what we’ve always done here: being a good neighbour.”
RWNYC opened the first live table games floor in New York in April, following the receipt of one of three New York casino licences in December 2025. More than 240 table games and 2,500 new slot machines debuted on the second and third floors of the Aqueduct Facility, with the number set to double when the ground and first gaming floors open later in the year.
