Pennsylvania gaming revenue increases year-over-year in February

Revenue increased by 14.64 per cent compared to the same month in 2025.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported that the combined revenue generated by gaming and fantasy contests was $547.1m in February. That’s an increase of 14.64 per cent year-over-year. Tax revenue was $236m.

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led the market with $106.8m in revenue, up 19.3 per cent compared to the same month in 2025. Valley Forge Casino Resort followed with $93.7m, up 15 per cent, while Rivers Casino Philadelphia reported $56.1m, up 10.7 per cent, and Parx Casino posted $50.8m, an increase of 1.6 per cent.

Retail slot revenue was $192m, a 3.1 per cent increase year-over-year. The number of slot machines in operation was 24,303 compared to 24,404 in February 2025. Retail table games revenue totalled $72.6m, up 2 per cent. Slots generated $97m in tax revenue and table games $12.3m.

Online gaming generated record monthly gross revenue of $240m, up 15.5 per cent from February 2025. Online slots generated $191.5m, online table games $46.2m and online poker $2.2m. Tax revenue from online gaming was $111.1m.

The sports betting handle was $592.4m, down 21.7 per cent year-over-year. Taxable revenue was $37.8m, up 405.6 per cent.

In February, PGCB approved three consent agreements resulting in a total of $112,500 in fines for Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, Relax Gaming North America, and Live! Casino Pittsburgh.

Holding Acquisition Co., operator of Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, received a $70,000 fine for seven instances of permitting self-excluded individuals to gain access to their casino floor and gamble. Meanwhile, Relax Gaming North America, a licensed internet gaming manufacturer, received a $32,500 fine for executing a change of control before board approval.

Stadium Casino Westmoreland, operator of Live! Casino Pittsburgh, received a $10,000 fine for permitting an individual under the age of 21 to gain access to the gaming floor and gamble.
