Penn Entertainment partners with Birches Health for responsible gaming support

The company will integrate resources into its online gaming platforms.

US.- Penn Entertainment has announced a new partnership with online behavioural health services provider Birches Health to integrate responsible gaming resources into its online gaming platforms, theScore Bet and Hollywood Casino. This will include problem gambling assessments, articles on responsible gaming, and information on addiction counselling.

Birches Health also offers addiction treatments, including online counselling programmes focused on sports betting and gambling.

Adam Kates, vice president of compliance at Penn Interactive, said: “Responsible gaming is always our highest priority, and we’re thrilled to partner with Birches Health and expand the library of resources our players can access through our gaming apps. Birches is a leader in the behavioural addiction treatment space, and their curated content helps destigmatise gambling addiction and provides players information on identifying and treating problem gaming.”

Penn Entertainment revenue rises in Q4

Penn Entertainment recently reported financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Revenue totalled $1.8bn, up from $1.66bn reported in the same period in 2024. Consolidated adjusted EBITDA was $225.8m, up from $165.2m.

Revenue for retail property was $1.4bn. Segment adjusted EBITDAR was $456.4m and segment adjusted EBITDAR 32.3 per cent. The interactive segment generated record revenue of $398.7m and adjusted EBITDA loss of $39.9m.
