Ohio casinos and racinos take in $178.8m in November
The Ohio Casino Control Commission has released last month’s revenue figures, showing a drop of 7.2 per cent from the previous month (October 2021, $192.7m).
US.- The Ohio Casino Control Commission has reported that the state’s eleven licensed casinos and racinos brought in more than $178.8m in November. That’s a drop of 7.2 per cent from October’s record figure of $197.2m.
Statewide, Ohio’s four casinos pulled in $78.1m in revenue, $26.1m from table games and $60 from slots. Meanwhile, Ohio’s seven racinos brought in $100.7m from slots.
Among the casinos, JACK Cleveland Casino saw revenue of $21m, while Hollywood Columbus came second with $20.4m. In third place, came Hard Rock Cincinnati Casino with $19.8m, followed by Hollywood Toledo, with $17m.
As for the racinos, MGM Northfield Park topped the ranking by pulling in $21.3m in slot revenue. In second place came Scioto Downs with $17.4m; then Miami Valley Gaming with $16.9m; JACK Thistledown Racino came in fourth with $14.3m; Hollywood Mahoning Valley pulled in $11.7m, tied with Hollywood Dayton, and Belterra Park brought up the rear with $7.5m.
It’s been a good 2021 for Ohio venues. Revenue for the year to date is $2.11bn, which is already $120m ahead of the total revenue generated in all of 2019.
