Ohio casino revenue decreases slightly in February
Gaming revenue was down by 1.9 per cent year-on-year.
US.- Ohio casino revenue was $81.9m in February, down 1.9 per cent year-over-year but 5.2 per cent higher compared to January. The Ohio Casino Control Commission reported $23.2m in table revenue, up from $23m last February, and $58.6m in slots revenue, down from $60.4m.
Of Ohio’s four land-based casinos, only two generated revenue above $20m: Hollywood Columbus Casino and Jack Cleveland Casino. Hollywood Columbus Casino led the market with $23.4m in revenue, up 4.1 per cent year-on-year. Table games generated $5.5m, and slot revenue was $17.9m.
Jack Cleveland Casino produced $20.5m in revenue, down 4.9 per cent year-on-year – $8.1m from table games and $12.4m from slots. Hollywood Casino Toledo posted $18m: $2.5m from table games and $15.5m for slots. Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati posted $19.8m: $7.1m from table games and $12.6m from slots.
