New Jersey lottery ticket sales temporarily unavailable
Despite the suspension of sales, Pick 3 and Pick 4 midday draws will go ahead as normal.
US.- The New Jersey Lottery has announced that lottery ticket sales will be temporarily suspended today (Friday February 26) due to an upgrade to the system used to buy tickets.
Players will not be able to buy tickets between 12.01am and approximately 10.00am.
Pick 3 and Pick 4 midday draws will not be suspended. The lottery suggested players purchase tickets for the draws in advance.
The system upgrade being carried out will give players access to a new mobile app feature that allows them to create an ePlayslip for Cash Pop and Quick Draw games.
Improvements will also be made to the app’s scanning tool, and players will have access to VIP Club and Collect ‘N Win drawings and promotions on the go.
In other news, New Jersey’s online gambling revenue topped $100m in January for the first time, according to figures released by the state’s regulator.
