Nevada casinos take record $1.36b revenue in July
Nevada’s gambling industry has recorded its fifth consecutive month above the $1bn mark
US.- Nevada casinos reached $1.36bn in revenue in July, accomplishing a fifth consecutive month above the $1bn mark, according to the state’s Gaming Control Board.
July’s total surpasses the previous record of $1.23 bn set in May and is up almost 80 per cent compared to July 2020, when the take was $756.77m.
Casinos on the Las Vegas Strip registered a win of $793.67m in July, more than double the $330m seen in July 2020 an up from $610.6m in June this year. In May, casinos in Last Vegas took $655.5m, up nearly 27 per cent from the same month in 2019.
