Ray Lee, TaDa Gaming: “For us, iGB L!VE is one of the key events on the industry calendar”
Ray Lee, Director of Business Development at TaDa Gaming, spoke to Focus Gaming News about the company’s plans for iGB L!VE London 2026.
Exclusive interview.- The TaDa Gaming brand is as well-known on the international exhibition circuit as it is in casino lobbies. As iGB L!VE, London, approaches, Focus Gaming News sat down with Ray Lee, director of business development, TaDa Gaming, for a rapid-fire Q & A and a sneak peek of what visitors will discover at Stand R20 this 1-2 July.
iGB L!VE London is fast approaching. What are your main goals and expectations for this edition, especially in terms of connecting with UK and other regulated-market operators?
For iGB L!VE 2026, TaDa Gaming’s focus is on showing how we contribute as a growth partner by working closely with operators to navigate the changing regulatory and tax landscape across the UK and other regulated markets.
With increasing pressure on traditional bonus mechanics, retention strategies need to evolve, so we see iGB as an ideal platform to discuss how TaDa Gaming can support partners with sustainable growth strategies, innovative retention solutions and a collaborative approach to maximising performance in highly regulated environments.
The UK-focused slots you’re putting in the spotlight are Gold Mine Express, Fortune Hook Antarctic, and Leprechaun’s Gold Streak with its Streak Respin feature. What makes these games especially appealing to British players? And how do they fit into your broader content localisation philosophy?
UK players have consistently shown strong engagement with familiar themes, straightforward mechanics and features that deliver sustained excitement.
Each game combines easy onboarding with distinctive feature-driven entertainment, engaging bonus mechanics or the momentum-building appeal, which is why Gold Mine Express, Fortune Hook Antarctic and Leprechaun’s Gold Streak have delivered impressive KPIs; with Gold Mine Express seeing average bet values increasing by up to 25 per cent month on month.
From a localisation perspective, because we go much further than adaptation or translation and focus on acquiring, evaluating and understanding all the data for player preferences within each market, our games and products balance local appeal with the innovation and entertainment value that defines the TaDa Gaming portfolio.
Partnerships with Midnite, SkillOnNet, Mr Vegas, Videoslots, ProgressPlay and your glocalisation strategy have strengthened your presence in the UK. How does iGB L!VE support both nurturing existing relationships and opening doors in new regulated territories?
For us, iGB L!VE is one of the key events on the industry calendar, bringing together a credible mix of operators, suppliers and decision-makers, including many C-suite executives from regulated markets.
So, it’s an invaluable opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships while opening conversations with new operators as we expand across multiple regulated territories, aided by our extensive roster of global licences and certifications.
We plan our global roadshow considerably in advance to maximise opportunities for face-to-face meetings and drop-in visitors with an aim to create more long-term, growth-focused relationships supported by our expertly localised portfolio and exciting roadmap.
What roadmap updates are you highlighting for visitors?
We’re delighted to reveal Fortune Zombie Lightning as our planned new shoot-and-win release for the UK. This game is designed for easy onboarding for UK and European players and is currently going through the certification process.
Visitors to Stand R20 will have a pre-launch chance to play this superb addition to the Fortune Zombie portfolio.
With its significant firepower to take down the Bosses, Fortune Zombie Lightning reduces the traditional waiting time for premium encounters by weaving Big Bosses, bonus zombies, Lucky Drops and multiplier features throughout the gameplay journey, creating earlier engagement and more frequent opportunities to access high-value rewards. Everyone who plays it will love it.
Our Hit the Cash feature combination in slots has been very successful in the UK, and we are highlighting a new addition to this with Unlimited Fortune.
This gives players significantly enhanced win potential but without the need for any form of bonus or add-on engagement tool. Our UK clients facing bonus restrictions, higher taxes and higher acquisition costs are already very excited about this new concept, which will launch in August in the UK.
You described iGB L!VE as a highlight for networking and showcasing releases that drive expansion. What’s the one thing you’re most excited to see at the event? Are there any conversations you’re hoping to have or collaborations you’d love to walk away with?
We’re particularly focused on discussions around sustainable retention and how operators are adapting frameworks in response to regulatory and tax changes. If we could leave the show with a deeper set of strategic partnerships and a clear pathway for collaborative market expansion with key operators, that would be a fantastic takeaway.
