M Resort Spa Casino opens second hotel tower
The new hotel tower nearly doubles the capacity of the resort.
US.- The second hotel tower at M Resort Spa Casino Las Vegas has opened. Penn Entertainment said it weas completed on budget and ahead of time.
The new tower nearly doubles the capacity of the resort, bringing its total to 765 rooms and suites Penn estimates the overall expansion will add 120 new jobs.
M Resort Spa Casino is located on more than 90 acres on the southeast corner of St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard. It has over 92,000 square feet of gaming, eleven restaurants and bars, the Spa Mio, a fitness centre and a pool and event space. An opening ceremony will be held on December 3 with a drone show and musical guest.

The opening of the new M Resort hotel tower follows the completion of Hollywood Casino Joliet in August. The company stated that additional projects remain on schedule and on budget, including the the new land-based Hollywood Casino Aurora in Illinois and a hotel tower at Hollywood Casino Columbus, expected to open in the second quarter of 2026. The relocation of Hollywood Casino Council Bluffs is expected for the fourth quarter of 2027 or early 2028.
