What igaming solutions and products are you planning to showcase at SiGMA Americas?
Suren Vardanyan: We’ll be showcasing our ready-to-launch casino platform complete with CRM, affiliate management, and engaging gamification tools like “Spinner Winner.” Our display highlights the “5 for 5” exclusive package, which offers a full casino website, a “retro bonus” which is a KPI-oriented performance bonus of up to 10 per cent based on yearly GGR rewards, and extra tools all for only 5000 euros. Staying loyal to our approach that gradually turns into a tradition, we give exceptional packages without demanding heavy upfront fees. The focus is on proven, comprehensive technology that makes daily B2C operations easier and helps operators grow fast from day one.
Lynon recently entered the B2B igaming industry with its SaaS solutions. Can you tell us more about your services and the advantages for operators?
Galust R. Stepanyan: Our igaming platform, developed with the mind-set and practices of SaaS solutions, cuts the technical hassle out of running a casino website. It provides a turnkey solution of a full package—casino website, bonus engine, CRM, affiliate system, gamification tools, sportsbook integration, and a lot more. This is a one-window solution that provides a smooth experience for B2C operators, being a scalable solution in its core, aimed to serve and evolve for long terms.
The experience operators deserve includes quick launches with adjustable set-up fees, exchanger and mutli-wallet functionalities, no downtimes during updates and releases due to micro-service architecture, and a lot of commercial flexibilities that help them start with the best possible conditions. This means less worry about technical glitches and more focus on growing their player base.
The SaaS-oriented environment that Lynon creates and provides is all about offering reliable, easy-to-use technology that really makes a difference due to the enormous igaming and SaaS experience of the team.
What do you think are the latest technologies that are marking the future of igaming?
Suren Vardanyan: The future of igaming is being reshaped by AI and ML. These technologies allow us to create highly personalized gaming experiences by analyzing player behavior and tailoring game suggestions, bonuses, and promotions to individual preferences. This level of customization not only enhances player engagement but also builds lasting loyalty.
At the same time, advanced ML algorithms are revolutionizing fraud detection and security. They continuously monitor gameplay to spot suspicious activities and prevent cheating, ensuring that every transaction and interaction remains secure—a crucial element in maintaining trust in the online gambling industry.
Moreover, AI is transforming customer support with intelligent live chat and call center solutions. These systems provide fast, personalized assistance, improving overall user satisfaction and streamlining operations.
How was your experience at ICE Barcelona 2025?
Galust R. Stepanyan: ICE Barcelona 2025 was very fruitful and energizing. Besides the classical expo procedures of product introductions and sales, the auction for 3 ready-to-go websites was very successful; all the 3 were sold on auction. We had our new partners enjoy the exclusive price for a fully operating casino website with 3 free months of CRM and Affiliates for only 5000 euros. Those were quite amazing days of great opportunities both for us and B2C operators.
We connected with a diverse crowd, shared live demos, and got real feedback on our solutions. The event confirmed that clear, effective technology stands out. It wasn’t about flashiness—it was about real conversations and genuine innovation. We had a lot of deals and started promising partnerships with very talented teams across all the globe. Not only as a company, but as a team with a certain expertise, we left with useful insights that are already shaping our next moves, proving that keeping things simple and smart, as well as taking care of partners initially really works and gives more than just selling what you’ve got for the sake of sales.
What are the company’s objectives for the rest of the year?
Suren Vardanyan: Our goal is clear: grow smart and keep things simple. We’re focused on fine-tuning our SaaS platform, rolling out user-friendly updates, and expanding our “5 for 5” offer. We aim to reach more regions and build stronger, honest partnerships. Simply put, we want to empower operators with a bigger outreach from all over the world.
We will be quite focused, as we are now, on Gamification tools. In other domains there surely are a lot of parts to improve, but the industry overall is more or less doing fresh and good.
A lot of creative resources of our marketing and business development teams are directed on commercial flexibilities, as those provide us with a lot of great opportunities for fruitful partnerships with operators that do not want to be forced to pay big setup fees upfront. We will be encouraging them to fill the 2025 with partnerships that go for the long run. The advantages of a SaaS environment requires sustainability of the technological part of Lynon, thus, we will also focus our gradual and sustainable technological advancement on all levels.
