Sweden.- The Swedish igaming group Kindred has announced changes to its board at its annual general meeting (AGM).

Evert Carlsson has been appointed as chairman of the board after being elected as a new director. Fredrik Peyron and Heidi Skogster have also been elected as new directors. The existing directors Peter Boggs, Gunnel Duveblad, Erik Forsberg and Carl-Magnus Månsson have been re-elected.

Directors voted in at the AGM who are not employed by the company will be paid a total fee of £701,000.

The AGM also saw the approval of a cash dividend of £0.330 (payable in SEK), to be distributed by Euroclear Sweden AB in two instalments, on May 17 and November 15.
