Kansas sports betting revenue drops year-over-year in October
Revenue was down 2.1 per cent year-over-year.
US.- The Kansas Lottery has reported that sports betting revenue totalled $12.7m in October, down 2.1 per cent year-over-year. Of the total, online betting contributed 12m and retail $675,234.
The handle was $306m, with $299.5m bet online and $6.5m at retail locations. Taxes totalled $12.7m.
DraftKings led the online market with a $129m handle and $6.1m in revenue. FanDuel reported a $101.6m handle and $3.3m in revenue.
ESPN Bet led the retail market with a $4m handle and $436,564 in revenue. FanDuel generated $3.3m from $101.6m, BetMGM $1.7m from $22.4m and Fanatics $521,689 from $15.6m.
Casino revenue was $35.9m in October, up 7.5 per cent year-over-year and 8.6 per cent from September 2025.
Hollywood Casino reported $14.7m in revenue, up 8.2 per cent year‑over‑year and Kansas Star Casino & Resort $14.4m, an increase of 10.6 per cent. Together, the two properties accounted for 80 per cent of casino revenue.
