Kaizen Gaming names Stella Voulgaraki to lead human resources
Stella Voulgaraki has been appointed as Kaizen Gaming’s chief people officer.
Greece.- Kaizen Gaming, the rebranded operating company behind the Stoiximan and Betano sportsbooks, has named Stella Voulgaraki as its chief people officer (CPO). Working with chief executive George Daskalakis, she will be responsible for overseeing a recruitment drive to grow the company’s staff.
With considerable experience in human resources and talent development, Voulgaraki joins Kaizen Gaming’s senior executive team from the IT group NetCompany IntraSoft
Kaizen Gaming is planning to make new hires in the nine jurisdictions where Stoiximan and Betano operate, including Greece, Cyprus, Germany, Portugal, Romania and Brazil. Last year, the company ranked 9th in the Best Large Workplaces with 500+ employees category on the European Best Workplaces list compiled by The Great Place to Work index.
Daskalakis said: “In less than a decade, the number of Kaizen Gaming employees has exceeded 1,000 and the growth rate continues to be positive, exceeding 20 per cent each year.
