Kaizen Gaming appoints former William Hill CMO
The Greek gaming giant has named Julio Iglesias as chief commercial officer.
Greece.- Kaizen Gaming has appointed William Hill executive Julio Iglesias Hernando as its new chief commercial officer.
Iglesias joined William Hill as its director of marketing for Spain in 2017 and has served as chief marketing officer and managing director of the operator’s international business since September 2019.
The latest role included responsibility for William Hill’s operations in 12 markets outside of the UK and US, including for its Mr Green subsidiary.
He joins Kaizen as part of the Greek operator’s strategy to add more international experience to its management team in order to help the expansion of its Betano brand beyond its current markets of Brazil, Portugal, Germany, Romania, Greece and Cyprus.
Hernando said: “I’m looking forward to contributing to our ongoing success in positioning Kaizen as a leading player in our operating markets, and in leveraging the international opportunities and challenges that will no doubt arise, in our pursuit to continue growing aggressively our foothold in the international GameTech arena.”

Kaizen has made a number of recent appointments, including Jan Karas as its chief executive on a permanent basis and Claus Jansson as head of affiliate marketing and media buying.
