Hollywood Gaming launches incentives for new staff in Ohio

The venue at Mahoning Valley Race Course has offered a retention bonus of up to $750.

US.- Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, Ohio, has launched a programme offering a sign-on and retention bonus of up to $750 to attract job searchers.

The bonus is applicable to all available jobs at the location. The company hopes to fill over 100 full-time and part-time positions.

The company is looking to fill several positions, including announcer, assistant racing secretary, blacksmith, cook, facilities technician, steward and player services cashier.

VP and General Manager Rob Swedinovich said: “Hollywood Gaming offers a little something for everyone and is a proven leader in supporting a fun, rewarding work environment with loads of potential for career growth.
