Harrah’s Resort Southern California opens renovated high limit area

The $13.1m project introduces several upgrades.

US.- Harrah’s Resort Southern California has announced the opening of its renovated high-limit area, following a $13.1m investment. The space features a modernised décor, video walls and LED lighting. JCJ Architecture and Swinerton worked on the project.

The new area has 100 slot machines, including 11 bar-top units.

Jill Barrett, senior vice president and general manager, said: “The completion of the High Limit area renovation reflects Harrah’s Resort SoCal’s steadfast commitment to excellence. As we evolve, we are constantly seeking ways to enhance the guest journey, providing the most elevated escape possible for our VIP players and resort guests alike.”

Chairman Steve Stallings added: “As we strive for excellence across the property, we are constantly re-evaluating where we can better serve our guests. I am incredibly proud of the work that culminated in the unveiling, and I look forward to the continued evolution of our resort experience.”

Earlier this year, Acorn Ridge Casino opened in Plymouth, Northern California. The 60,000-square-foot venue was developed by the Ione Band of Miwok Indians in partnership with Sierra Entertainment.
